Release of Liability: I hereby release The World Tour, its officers, directors, employee, event leaders, trip leaders and volunteers from any liability, damages, or claims arising from injury, financial loss or property damage sustained by me related to any club activity or event. As a member, I will abide by the bylaws and policies of The World Tour.
All trips and payments are non-refundable and not transferable. Trip cancellation/travel/medical insurance is available and strongly recommended. We recommend the TravelEx Travel Max plan as it has higher medical & baggage delay coverage. SCUBA & SKI/Snowboard trips are covered. Either plan does NOT require you to claim on your home owners insurance first. Read wants covered and how to claim before you purchase. Important: use our Location number 21-0078 under the plan wizard. Your TravelEx Certificate/Confirmation Number will be listed under the Travel Insurance section on your account page.
Participant acknowledges that there are inherent risks in sports, skiing, travel, activities, and outdoor adventures; and agrees to assume the risk of injury and damage, and further agrees to hold harmless "The World Tour - Travel Adventure Club", (hereafter "The Club"), its employees, all volunteers, all trip leaders, coordinators and agents from any claims whatsoever resulting from participation in any Club related activity; and further releases and discharges The Club, its assigns and successors from any and all actions for damages, claims or injury from or as a result of participation in the activities contemplated by this agreement, and acknowledges "The Club" acts solely as agent carrying out services and assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to persons or property, nor for faults or defaults of companies or those carrying out services; nor accidents, injuries, delays, cancellations; changes due to weather; baggage, lodging, insufficient participation, or any circumstances whatsoever. Additional expenses due to uncontrollable circumstances will be prorated among participants. Participants are solely responsible for verifying their reservation online on their account detail page and are responsible for any omissions or errors. All prices and arrangements are subject to change without notice. "The World Tour" reserves the right to exclude intoxicated, uncooperative, or disorderly persons from any portion of an event or trip without refund of money.
